Our Story
Established in 2005, Ordonez Group was started by Marlon Ordonez.
Originally from Honduras, Marlon realized that while Leamington was home to a more than willing and ready workforce, not all of them were able to connect with the employers who needed their assistance.
Sensing this gap in the market, Marlon started offering transportation services, in order to connect employers with the companies that needed their assistance.
Using an old red cargo van, Marlon started off by giving rides to 14 of his coworkers, as well as delivering lunches to local farms. From these humble beginnings, Ordonez Group has grown to providing employment to over 1500 individuals.
